  • Have experience in the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Be knowledgeable about industry trends
  • Have strong networking and relationship-building skills

Your Role (Full 360 Function)

You will manage the entire recruitment process, including:
  • Servicing and growing existing client relationships
  • Sourcing and securing new clients (business development)
  • Taking detailed job briefs from clients
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Matching candidates to client specifications
  • Typing and presenting professional CVs
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Managing the offer process and placements
  • Ongoing client and candidate communication
  • Marketing support and general administration

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to manage a 360 recruitment desk
  • Well-presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
