Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate campaign execution, and drive business growth within a fast-paced marketing and advertising environment. 
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery, excellent client satisfaction, and achievement of campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships and client retention.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and engagement sessions both virtual and physical.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across existing client accounts.
  • Receive, document, and resolve client feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Receive client briefs and coordinate internal execution with relevant teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure agreed KPIs, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Design, Digital, Content, and Strategy teams, to ensure successful execution of client projects.
  • Prepare contact reports, meeting summaries, and account progress reports for management and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related Social Science discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications and memberships such as ARCON, NIPR, CIM, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience within a Marketing or Advertising Agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, marketing communications, and digital marketing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on account management experience within a marketing or advertising agency.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and client service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
