Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems
  • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
  • Monitor inflow and outflow of funds
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and account balancing
  • Support inventory and operational expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies
  • Assist during audits and financial reviews

Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 2–3 years accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools/software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in retail, beauty, fashion, or production industry
  • Knowledge of inventory/account reconciliation processes
