Our client, a reputable hotel in Amuwo Odofin area of Lagos and Abuja requires the services of seasoned and experience hotel Accounant and Head of Internal Audit that shall be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly management account as well as prepare or supervise the daily revenue ledgers.
- Preparing the schedule of all statutory dues and ensure the prompt payment of same .
- Team up with management and internal audit unit in formulation of internal control procedures.Review internal control and make recommendations to the management on any necessary modification.
- Ensures that all expenses are within the budget limit and ensure basic approval for all expenses.
- Must have good knowledge of inventory management and shall with others, Supervises the monthly stock taking and stock reconciliation and ensure compliance with inventory procedures
- Prepares or supervise with other account officers, monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- Liase with procurement department and store in prepartion of payment schedule for all creditors as well as front desk manager in computation of receivables.
- Ideal candidate must posses a minimum of HND/Bsc in Accounting ICAN AAT,with relevant years of experience. Advance stage in ICAN is an added advantage.Candidate with ICAN AAT2/Foundaion ,with relevant years of experience can also apply. Candidate must also have good knowledge of Ms Excel and word and at least one accounting software.
