Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Prepare payment vouchers and receipt vouchers
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and filing systems
- Reconcile bank, cash, and mobile money transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding collections and outstanding balances
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Monitor stock movements and assist with inventory reconciliations
- Track expiry products and support stock control processes
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and strong internal controls
