Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their team in a role that blends finance, client relationship management, and business development. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys interacting with clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to overall business success.
The successful candidate will support financial activities while also playing a role in maintaining and expanding client relationships. This position offers excellent exposure to both the financial and commercial aspects of a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Support finance and operational processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with sales and business development activities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Support management with commercial and financial insights
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:- BCom Accounting or related qualification
Experience:- Minimum 2 years' accounting experience
- Sales, business development, or client-facing experience essential
- Exposure to financial reporting and reconciliations advantageous
- Strong commercial mindset
