Accountant

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers and journals.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and credit card transactions.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, etc.).
• Support external and internal audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Manage payroll processing and related statutory deductions.
