This role manages accounting operations, ensuring accurate records, payroll, tax compliance, reconciliations, budgeting support, reporting, audit coordination, proper documentation, and supervision of junior staff for strong financial control and efficiency. In this role you will work closely with Finance Manager and junior finance team technical teams to understand daily work flow and the division needs.
Key Responsibilities * Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage general ledger and ensure accuracy of all entries
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations
- Ensure proper recording of revenues and expenses
- Petty Cash and Voucher Management
- Receipt Collection and Tax Schedule Formulation
- Audit Readiness & Archiving
- Support budget preparation and cost control
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
- Prepare and review payroll and statutory payments
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Maintain proper financial documentation and reporting system
- Analyze financial data and provide management reports
- Supervise junior accounting staff
