List of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record of accounting entries
- Follow-up with debtors for payment
- Prepare payment to creditors
- Follow-up on purchases and sales documents
- Perform monthly stock take
- Assist the accountant in preparation of management reports
- Ensure proper filing of documents
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned to you and relevant to your job
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- ACCA Level 1 or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Management
- Experience and knowledge in accounting software would be an advantage
- Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be attention to details
