Job Title

Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and management teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams

Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights

Support system testing, UAT, and validation activities

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

Create process flows, documentation, and business models

-
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs

Assist in change management and user training activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

-
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation

-
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

-
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools is an advantage

-
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart

-
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification

Experience working in software development or enterprise environments

Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
