Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide legal administrative support to the department to enhance effectiveness
• Provide a broad spectrum of services under the supervision of Attorneys
• Locate case information and open and maintain files for effective case management
• Copy, scan and file new instructions and allocate accordingly
• Adhere to deadlines and juggle multiple calendars
• Prepare cheque request and conduct reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly reports
• General secretary/admin duties
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent writing skills essential.
