Job Title- Administrative Manager
Location- Zambia
Nationality- Zambian
Salary- 20,000- 30,000 ZMW
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for daily factory administration and logistics management, oversee canteen, staff dormitory, cleaning, security and greening, maintain normal office and living order to support production operation.
- Manage procurement, storage, distribution and inventory of administrative supplies, standardize material management process, strictly control administrative costs and keep complete records.
- Conduct daily safety inspection of water, electricity, fire facilities and public areas, eliminate potential hazards timely, liaise with local service suppliers to solve logistics faults and emergencies.
- Handle document distribution, file sorting, meeting minutes and internal notice delivery, standardize administrative process, receive visitors and maintain factory access control order.
- Cooperate with factory production arrangement, complete other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors and implement company rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Administration Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of administration or logistics management experience in manufacturing factory, familiar with production plant administration process, experience in building materials or ceramic industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Zambian local laws, living and labor habits, adaptable to on-site work.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, rigorous, responsible and strong execution ability.
- Proficient in basic office software, stable with no bad employment records, able to work long-term on site.
