About the Role
Booyco Electronics is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Administration & SLA Contracts Manager to oversee the administration, governance, performance, and compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the business.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence through effective contract management, reporting, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Area Managers to ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are identified, and business performance is continuously improved.
Key Responsibilities
SLA & Contract Management
- Draft, review, administer, and maintain SLA contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Manage contract pricing schedules and annual price increase processes.
- Maintain and report on SLA contract status and renewal schedules.
- Forecast and manage SLA renewal pipelines.
Reporting & Business Analytics
- Consolidate operational reports into meaningful management information.
- Prepare monthly and weekly operational performance reports.
- Analyse sales turnover, budgets, debtors, repairs, aged items, and service delivery trends.
- Monitor SLA performance and identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop trend analyses and performance dashboards to support decision-making.
Compliance & Operational Governance
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage document control and audit preparation activities.
- Conduct branch audits and site compliance reviews.
- Drive corrective actions arising from audit findings and operational risks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across all branches.
Account Recovery & Turnaround Support
- Identify underperforming contracts, sites, and operational areas.
- Lead recovery and turnaround initiatives for high-risk accounts.
- Work with Operations, Sales, and Finance to implement sustainable corrective measures.
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of improvement plans.
