Administration/Accounts ClerkGauteng, BryanstonR25 000 - R35 000 CTCOur client in the trade and supply chain industry is looking for a dynamic Administration/ Accounts Clerk to join their team. This This is a remote office-based role with limited client interaction and requires someone who is detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working independently within a lean operational structure.
Minimum requirements:- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in invoice preparation and general administration
- Proven experience using Sage Cloud Accounting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (daily use for reconciliations and reporting)
- Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, trade enablement, or Logistic and bulk commodities environments (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Comfortable working with delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare accurate customer invoices using Sage Cloud Accounting
- Match invoices to delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation
- Process credit notes in line with approvals and internal controls
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoicing or account queries
- Support month-end processes and general finance administration
- Ensure data integrity across accounting and invoicing systems
- Reconciling delivery notes from service providers and customers to supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier invoices to supplier statements
- Supplier onboarding and credit applications
- Updating of supplier’s details and records for financial and BBBEE purposes
