We are a flooring importer and distributor based in Epping 1, Cape Town. Our team is expanding and we are looking for someone to assist with administrative tasks and, at times, customers enquiries and internal sales.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Colating data and preparing weekly & monthly reports
- Creditors - Receiving stock, placing orders, reconciling accounts for payment
- Debtors - processing credit notes, payment received and at times invoices/quotes.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems
- At times, answering the phone, assisting walk in customers, and assisting sales desk with internal sales.
