Leal & co Ltd is hiring an Administrative Clerk for its After Sales (Bodyshop) department.
MAIN FUNCTION:
To
perform various administrative duties, including costing procedures, for the
smooth running of the workshop activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that overtime sheets are
properly filled and approved for payroll purposes.
·
Check and hand over all closed
files to the Credit Control department.
·
Systematically verify job cards and
all supporting documents to ensure that information provided are accurate to
enable a proper invoicing.
·
Report any issues related to Parts
included on service orders.
·
File documents in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
& EXPERIENCE
·
Higher School Certificate
·
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
·
A sound knowledge of the automotive industry would constitute
a definite advantage
