Minimum Requirements:
- Matric.
- Secretarial Diploma.
- Marketing-related qualification, a strong advantage
- Financial qualification or understanding, a huge advantage.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Secretary.
- Advanced level on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Competencies:- Display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent numerical and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Key Performance Areas:Report to the Regional Executive:
- Secretarial and administrative functions to the Namibian Regional office.
- Assist with administration matters and general clerical and office tasks.
- Assist with events co-ordination such as Regional Tradeshows.
- Manage the release and intake of branding elements as required for retailer events.
- Co-ordinate and book travel arrangements for the Regional team.
- Facilitate payment of invoices.
- Handle customer service complaints.
