Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Secretarial Diploma.
  • Marketing-related qualification, a strong advantage
  • Financial qualification or understanding, a huge advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Secretary.
  • Advanced level on Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Competencies:
  • Display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Key Performance Areas:
Report to the Regional Executive:
  • Secretarial and administrative functions to the Namibian Regional office.
  • Assist with administration matters and general clerical and office tasks.
  • Assist with events co-ordination such as Regional Tradeshows.
  • Manage the release and intake of branding elements as required for retailer events.
  • Co-ordinate and book travel arrangements for the Regional team.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices.
  • Handle customer service complaints.
