Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Perform research and compile information as needed
- Handle personal errands for the executives as required
