We are a lending organization with the head office located in Palmgrove, Ikorodu Road, Lagos state.
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin/Operations Officer to manage front desk activities and support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk activities and attend to customers professionally.
- Provide administrative and operational support.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, record keeping, and reconciliation support.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate basic office maintenance.
- Support daily reporting and office coordination activities.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and functional.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in a related field.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge is required.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Not more than 27years at the time of application.
- Must reside within close proximity to Palmgrove, Lagos state Preferably Somolu/Bariga/Yaba/Surulere axis.
