KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Upselling : Suggest and recommend products and services to clients and promote packages and retail options. 
Service Scheduling: Arrange appointments for servicing or repairs.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve customer issues to keep them happy. 
Follow-up: Check in with customers to ensure they're satisfied with the service. 
Warranty Help: Assist customers with warranty claims and paperwork. 
Feedback: Collect customer feedback to help improve services. 
Record Keeping and provide reports: Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and services and ensure a good reporting.
