Job Description
The Agile Master (Entry) is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The role focuses on servant leadership, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (SprintPlanning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Guide and coach team members on Agileprinciples and methodologies.
- Identify and remove impediments thatimpact team delivery.
- Foster collaboration within andacross teams.
- Act as liaison between stakeholdersand delivery teams.
- Drive structured planning,coordination, tracking, and reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement withinthe team.
- Monitor Agile metrics (e.g., burndowncharts) to track delivery performance.
- Support Product Owner/Initiative Leadwith backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Promote Agile culture and valueswithin the broader organisation.
- Support documentation, workshops, andtraining initiatives.
- Engage in stakeholder management andproactive communication.
- Understand technical discussionssufficiently to engage and support decision-making.
- Assist with onboarding and coachingnew team members.
