Job Description
The AI Engineer (Expert) will be responsible for building, operating, and enhancing AI-driven platforms, with a strong focus on observability, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines. This role requires a systems-thinking mindset and the ability to manage complex, cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate AI observabilityplatforms
- Manage and maintain platforminfrastructure
- Control and manage platform accessand governance
- Design and implement scalable datapipeline solutions
- Oversee daily platform operations andperformance
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Application observability andtelemetry
- DevOps practices
- Agent framework familiarity
- GitOps
Advantageous Skills
- AI agent development andconfiguration
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,Crossplane, ArgoCD)
- Data engineering (Kafka, ETL, Spark)
- Enterprise systems integration
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong background in platformengineering or DevOps
- Deep expertise in observability andmonitoring
- Experience with cloud-native,governed AI platforms
- Proficiency in agent-based systems
- Strong systems-thinking approach(telemetry, failure modes, reliability)
- Ability to balance engineeringautonomy with governance requirements
