Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain voice, text, and QA agents in production.
• Develop and enhance text-bot capabilities across customer engagements.
• Configure and support campaign-specific agent variants.
• Integrate LLMs, speech services, and APIs into conversational workflows.
• Conduct testing, regression validation, and release support.
• Monitor agent performance and help troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve agent quality, reliability, and scalability.

 
 
Job Experience and skill required 

• 2 - 5 years experience in software, AI or conversational AI Engineering 
• Degree in Computer Science or similar 
• Experience in Python development, integrating and working with LLMs, API development and integration experience, GitHub and Strong debugging and testing
