We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as Alpha Schools Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, optimizing capacity utilization, and enhancing the reputation of Alpha Schools. KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate Alpha Schools’ activities.
- Ensure compliance with government educational standards, and take necessary measures to close any gaps identified.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to enable Alpha Schools to maximize their capacity in terms of student enrollment.
- Develop and execute model school initiatives to position Alpha Schools as exemplary institutions.
- Oversee student transitions from Kindergarten to Secondary School, ensuring continuity and sustained demand for Alpha Schools.
- Identify and address challenges currently faced and anticipated in the future, and propose practical solutions.
- Focus on strategic growth to maintain high demand and strong reputation within the community, while enhancing profitability through expansion of educational services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or the Board of Directors.
