Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Professional registration with the relevant architectural body advantageous
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
- Excellent design, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Valid driver’s licence advantageous
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Strong technical drawing abilities
- Time management and deadline-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Office-based with regular site visits
- May require extended hours to meet project deadlines
- Travel may be required depending on project locations
