Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design stage.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
• Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review sessions.
• Mentor junior architects and support the technical development of the design team.
• Apply BIM processes and standards throughout project implementation.
