Security advice to clients;
Threat and Risk assessments/reporting;
Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports;
Client liaison and professional client relationship;
Manpower Management and Rostering;
Equipment Management and control and management of company vehicles;
Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints;
Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
Incident investigation, reporting and management;
Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code;
Maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality system;
Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings;
Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are resolved;
Ensure that all company and client SOP’s are followed;
Ensure training takes place as and when required;
After hour visits and assisting with shift changes as a standby manager;
Ensuring that BPC Policies and Procedures are implemented and adhered to;
Attending to CCMA and representing BPC;
Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:
PSIRA certification – Grade A;
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
A working knowledge of MS Office;
Up to date firearm competency certificate: Rifle, Shotgun and Handgun;
Relevant experience in a Managerial or similar position of minimum three years;
First aid and fire-fighting training (advantageous);
The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
The ability to work under pressure;
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
Own reliable transport and driver’s license;
Compliance with health and safety policies and procedures;
Compliance with ISO policies and procedures;
