ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER
Join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager if you are experienced in microfinance and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support branch operations
Manage and grow the loan portfolio
Supervise loan officers
Ensure compliance and excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management, Economics, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
