RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge in kitchen
- Preparation of Food.
- Assist in food production for standards.
- Assist in preparation and portioning as and when required.
- Ensure Hygiene and cleanliness of areas and coolers at all times.
- Maintain all equipment in working condition.
- Co-ordinate with all the productions center for on completion of flight production.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum requirements NC3/NC2
- School Certificate
- Previous Experience in the Hotel & Restaurant environment
