Minimum 3 years in a mechanical or manufacturing environment
Practical involvement in maintenance planning and scheduling
Artisan background (Fitter or Millwright) advantageous
Working knowledge of sawmilling or heavy processing environments.
Sound mechanical and engineering knowledge
Understanding of maintenance planning and basic reliability practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
Good understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment specifications
Proficiency in planning tools and systems (e.g., Excel, CMMS)
