Academic Qualifications and Background

  • Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management / Leadership
  • Extensive Background in Lodge Operations
  • Valid code 8 driver’s license with PDP
Work Experience
  • 5 years of previous experience in overseeing operations of a luxury 5-Star Lodge
Job technical Skills
  • Proficient in International styles of service
  • Proficient in the application of Up-Sell and Cross-Sell strategies
  • Proficient in property specific management software
  • Proficient in the application of Financial good practice
  • Proficient in the management of the various booking channels 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software applications

  • High degree of confidentiality and protection of sensitive information 
  • Committed to creating environments and systems that enable the delivery of exceptional and personalized services
  • Create a work environment that encourages high levels of engagement with the company
