You will own:
- The marketing plan, calendar, and budget
- Campaign delivery from idea to launch to measurable results
- Performance tracking and reporting on what works
- Coordination with sales and other partners to help the company hit its revenue goals
- Use of AI tools daily to work smarter and produce more
Who You Are
- You measure yourself by results, not hours
- You execute, you don't delegate everything

- Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) - not optional
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic design platforms
- Sharp eye for detail and a fast learner
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience
