The Assistant Outlet Supervisor supports the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team management, and compliance with company standards. The role assists in achieving sales targets, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day management of the outlet.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize wastage.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Act as Outlet Manager in their absence.

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), fast food, or food service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid Driving License Required
