ATM Technician

Birthmark Group (Pty) Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated ATM Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and relocate ATMs. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ATMs. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults. Replace faulty ATM components and ensure machines are fully operational. Perform ATM upgrades and software loading. Respond to service calls within agreed turnaround times. Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records. Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures. Minimum Requirements Technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field will be an advantage. Experience in ATM installation and maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Hyosung, or GRG ATMs will be advantageous. Valid South African driver's licence. Willingness to travel and work after hours when required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience).
