Job Description
Internal Site Process Audit and Supervision:

  • On-site Audit: Check the execution of each department's processes as per the plan.
  • Problem Recording: Timely identify deviations and loopholes in the processes, record the problem information in detail, and form audit records.
  • Supervision for Rectification: Issue rectification notices to the problem departments, clearly stating requirements, deadlines, and responsible persons, and track the progress of rectification.
  • Optimization Suggestions: Analyze the audit results, summarize common problems and their root causes, propose process optimization suggestions and report them.

External Customer Information Confirmation:

  • Audit Confirmation: Conduct on-site verification to determine whether the customers are actually engaged in the relevant business, whether they have collection sites and stores, and take photos for archiving. Conduct on-site verification of the residence of guarantors, relevant materials, and whether they have stores, and take photos for archiving.
  • Exception Handling: Verify information anomalies promptly. If verification is impossible, report to the leader and cooperate with the investigation.
  • Security Assurance: Strictly abide by information security regulations and take measures such as encryption to protect customer information security.
  • Report Writing: Regularly summarize the information confirmation work, write reports, including the work carried out, problem handling, information quality assessment, etc., and report to the leader.

Other Work:

  • Document Archiving: Sort, classify, and archive the audit and information confirmation-related documents, and establish electronic and paper archives.
  • Training and Promotion: Participate in internal process standardization training and customer information management promotion to enhance employees' compliance and information security awareness.
  • Assigning Tasks: Complete other audit and customer information management-related tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND qualification in Business Management is preferred.
  • Over 2 years of experience in operation management or auditing, familiar with the operation mode and business characteristics of the site.
  • Capable of continuously learning new business knowledge and auditing techniques, adapting to the development of the site business and policy changes, and constantly improving professional qualities.
  • Possessing excellent analytical and judgment skills, as well as communication and coordination abilities.
  • Maintaining a high level of rigor and meticulousness to ensure that every link and piece of information is accurately verified, avoiding erroneous judgments or information distortion due to oversight.
  • This position is centered on ensuring the compliance of site operations, enhancing service quality, and maintaining the accuracy of customer information.
