Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Proven experience in pastry and bakery production is required
- Experience preparing bread, cakes, pastries and other baked products
- Good knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions
- Good hygiene and food-safety practices
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Reliable, disciplined and hardworking
