BAKERY SHOP SUPERVISOR

We’re looking for a reliable and results-driven Bakery Shop Supervisor to lead our bakery team, ensure smooth daily operations and deliver fresh, high-quality products our customers love.

LEAD & MOTIVATE THE TEAM
Supervise, train and motivate staff to deliver top performance every day.
OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
Ensure smooth daily operations, follow SOPs and maintain high service standards.
SALES & TARGET FOCUSED
Drive sales, achieve targets and support the growth of the bakery
GAAP LITERATE
Must understand and use the GAAP system for accurate records and reporting.
BAKERY EXPERIENCE (ADVANTAGE)
Previous bakery or fast food experience is a strong advantage.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a bakery or fast food. Understands and can work confidently on GAAP,
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, reliable and accountable.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Overseeing daily bakery operations and ensuring quality. and consistency.
Managing staff schedules, performance and training.
Handling cash management and daily reconciliations using GAAP
Monitoring stock, wastage and ensuring cost control. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and
company standards. Driving sales, meeting targets and preparing daily reports.
Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
