Bartender

Job Description

• Maintains smooth flow of service between bar and server requests.
• Provides prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift.
• Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests.
• Knows drink names, ingredients, method of preparation, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.
• To prepare all mise-en-place for service.
• Participates in weekly alcohol and liquor inventory
• Develops together with the outlet manager theme events, drink promotions and incentive arrangements.
• Prepares Store requisitions / Bar requisitions, etc
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Knowledge of Opera PSM is a bonus
•  Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage or related studies
• 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
