CNBM Group | Commercial Concrete Batching Plant Operations
Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of CNBM and sister engineering company of Lusaka Sinoma Cement Plant / Mpande Limestone Ltd) is recruiting qualified and experienced Mechanical Repairers for its Batch Plant operations in Chingola, Copperbelt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial concrete batching plant equipment.
- Maintain conveyors, mixing drums, pneumatic systems, hydraulic mechanisms, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Carry out routine scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize plant downtime.
- Adhere strictly to workplace occupational safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Terms of Employment:
- Location: Chingola, Copperbelt, Zambia
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Probationary Pay: ZMW 70 per day
- Lunch & Transport Allowance: Not provided during probation
Candidate Profile:
- Certificate in Mechanical Fitting, Machining, Industrial Plant Mechanics, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical repairs, plant maintenance, or batch plant machinery.
- Hardworking, reliable, and able to work in a busy plant environment.
