Applicants must be 40 years or older.
This opportunity is best suited to individuals who have lived in villages or worked on farms, particularly those with extensive livestock management experience.
The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and is far from the nearest town.
Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a rural environment with minimal amenities.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of beef cattle management and daily farm operations.
Ensure high standards of cattle health, nutrition, and welfare.
Supervise, train, and support farm staff.
Monitor pasture quality and grazing systems to improve herd productivity.
Maintain accurate records on cattle health, breeding, production, and herd performance.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
Ensure adherence to animal welfare standards and farm biosecurity practices.
Requirements
7-10 years of hands-on experience in commercial beef cattle management and farm operations.
Strong understanding of cattle nutrition, health, breeding, and pasture management.
Proven leadership, staff management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
Experience working in remote rural environments.
Knowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices is an added advantage.
A proven track record in beef cattle management.
