Minimum Requirements:

• Proficiency in AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist with data queries, analysis, and problem-solving — deep SQL expertise is not required, but a basic understanding is advantageous
• Comfortable working with data tools including MS Excel; experience leveraging AI tools to automate or accelerate data analysis tasks is highly advantageous

Preferred experience (none required):

• At least 4 years of experience in Telecom billing

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support day-to-day billing and support tasks
• Ability to use AI to generate, interpret, and validate data queries without requiring expert-level SQL knowledge
• Comfortable using AI to assist with root cause analysis, billing error investigation, and drafting internal communications
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment before acting on them

• Monthly bill and card run activities
• Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism to internal and external inquiries
• Able to think independently and respond to rapid change easily
• Ability to anticipate and exceed customer needs, wants, and expectations
• Efficient and accurate with data entry
• To identify billing errors and work together with people from other divisions to resolve them
• Need to be able to work accurately under stressful situations
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
• Improve existing processes to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and performance
• Daily campaign runs

• Confident written and verbal articulation to all levels within the business will be essential
