BIM Manager

Our client, a multidisciplinary engineering and development consultancy, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM implementation and coordination across complex, multi-sector projects. This role is suited to a highly skilled digital engineering professional with strong leadership capability and deep technical BIM expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across projects
• Define and enforce BIM standards aligned with company and client requirements
• Oversee multidisciplinary BIM workflows (Civil, Structural, MEP)
• Manage model federation, clash detection, and coordination processes
• Ensure compliance with required Levels of Development (LOD) and deliverable standards
• Provide BIM training, mentoring, and technical support across project teams
• Manage BIM libraries, templates, software tools, and licensing systems
• Evaluate and implement digital engineering tools and workflows (e.g. Dynamo, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Solibri)
• Conduct model audits and QA/QC reviews to ensure design integrity
• Act as key liaison between engineers, architects, contractors, and clients on BIM deliverables
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Ensure all models, drawings, and digital outputs meet project and regulatory standards
