Position: Half-Day Bookkeeper (Sage Experience Required)

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a half-day, part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting functions using Sage.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process daily financial transactions on Sage
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers
• Process supplier invoices and payments
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with basic financial reporting and summaries
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Sage accounting software (essential)
• Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Remuneration
Market-related and dependent on experience (part-time structure).
