Bookkeeper - Trial Balance

Employment Information

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience to Trial Balance
  • Previous experience in the construction or project-based industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of project costing and supplier management
  • Experience with intercompany accounting
  • Proficient in accounting software & MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Advantageous:
  • Experience with SAGE, Xero, Quickbooks, Buildsmart, or similar accounting systems
  • Knowledge of VAT and payroll processes
  • Experience working with multiple entities / Group companies
