Branch Accountant

Education:

• BCom Accounting / Financial Management
• SAIPA or SAICA articles advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 8 years' accounting experience
• Automotive / dealership industry experience highly advantageous
• Experience managing multiple entities or branches
• Management accounts and financial reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• VAT, PAYE and statutory compliance
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fixed asset management
• Strong Excel skills
• ERP / Dealer Management System experience advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full accounting function for 2–3 branches
• Monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cash flow management
• VAT and statutory submissions
• Audit preparation and support
• Inventory and stock control reporting
• Financial analysis and reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
