Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers, supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure that daily security operations run seamlessly.
- Business Development: Identify new markets, network with corporate clients, and drive the sale of both manned guarding and security hardware e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms to increase revenue.
- Client Relations: Manage client portfolios, negotiate service contracts, and resolve client complaints to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer retention.Compliance & Standards: Enforce strict adherence to organizational Standard Operating Procedures SOPs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience in a similar position.
- Candidates are expected to be residents of Abuja.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to compete in a target-driven environment.
