Job Summary
- Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Building Contractors with a proven track record in executing large-scale construction projects valued at ₦500 Million and above.
- Interested contractors must have verifiable experience, a strong portfolio, and valid company registration documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute building and construction projects in line with approved specifications and timelines
- Provide skilled manpower, equipment, and technical expertise for project delivery
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate effectively with project consultants, engineers, and site management teams
- Deliver projects within agreed budgets and timelines
- Ensure proper supervision and management of construction activities
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 10 years proven experience in building/construction contracting mandatory
- Must have successfully handled projects valued at ₦500 Million and above
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated capacity to manage large-scale projects and workforce
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Mandatory Submission Requirements:

- Valid CAC registration documents
- Relevant licenses and certifications if applicable.
