Business Analyst

Our client, a leading fintech organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. Requirements:

·        Minimum 5–10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

·        Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

·        Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technology-driven environments

·        Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Visio, Figma, or similar

·        Strong understanding of agile environments and stakeholder management

·        Exposure to payment systems, digital platforms, and API integrations advantageous

·        Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) beneficial
