About the Role

• We are seeking a young, dynamic Business Development Director for the firm, which will launch in August 2026.
• By leveraging the intellectual capital of the parent company’s 40 highly respected international academic journals in diverse fields - from the social and natural sciences, arts and humanities, engineering and technology to the medical sciences - the firm will offer data-driven consultancy services across Africa and global markets.

Key Requirements

• Experience: At least three years as an academic researcher, at least mid-level staff in a major corporation or consultant to major organisations.
• Education: Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Traits: Young, dynamic, and highly driven to achieve results.

Compensation
Remuneration: Negotiable and commensurate with experience and KPI delivery.
