Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies and ensure business growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market activities, and competitor analysis.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build new business relationships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
  • Manage and follow up on client inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other business development tools.

Good Knowledge of:

  • Power Generating Set Market (Diesel & Gas Generators)
  • Solar Power System
  • Equipment for the Construction & Mining Industry is essential


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and market dynamics.
  • Experience with digital marketing or e-commerce platforms
